Behind the Scenes

I had a surreal moment recently when my sister-in-law reached out to share that her mother was reading the 2012 edition of Silver Hollow. Besides the usual embarrassment I feel when someone reads my older work, I was surprised to learn her mom was in love with the story and wanted to read the sequels. And where could she order the paperbacks?

The only problem is I rewrote Silver Hollow to match the sequels, Blackbriar Cove and Dalriada Valley. To my shock, my mom-in-law (once removed) didn’t just buy the new Silver Hollow, but the paperback for Blackbriar Cove as well. But where was Dalriada Valley???
