Did you know the meaning behind Dearg’s name? Learn about origins and more of the characters of Silver Hollow on Jennifer’s flippin sweet site: HERE

You never know what kind of reaction your going to get from a guest post, be it minuscule or major. Tonight I was pleasantly surprised to find out more than a few of you were curious about the names and origins of our characters.

As one reader commented, names have meaning. But don’t just take my word for it, go visit for yourself so you can see what all the fuss is about! 😀

  1. I thought the post was spectacular! I love learning about the meanings behind the names. As a mother that took 2 months getting her son’s name ‘just right’…thinking about every single nuance (nicknames that could be used against him, initials, meaning). My son’s name is Zane Ethan which means the rock of God in one translation. BTW, You are not too far from me here in Texarkana, Texas 🙂 I even lived in Addison for 2 months and my work has an office in Dallas. I’m so glad you were on Jennifer’s blog and I must say that I love the cover.

    1. I agree 🙂 As you can see, I love looking into the meanings. And I love the Hebrew names because they always have characteristic meanings. It’s awesome! Sounds like those two months spent toiling over he right name paid off. I love it! I actually had noticed that you were in Texarkana, but I had already posted after. Always love meeting a fellow Texan. Went through Texarkana when we went through Fouke in search of the Sasquatch once ;p Gotta love East Texas. I lived in Dallas for a while too. Much much prefer living outside the big city, where I can see the stars again. 🙂
I’m so blessed by my cover artist, Naj. She rocks! And I’m so glad you commented!
