King of Ash and Bone Banner

RELEASE DAY BLITZ ANNOUNCEMENT

I’m very excited to share Melissa Wright’s newest release with you, “King of Ash & Bone”. I’ve been a huge fan of Melissa’s work, ever since I picked up the first of her Frey Saga. She has a gift for wit and characterization, and manages to suck me into her fantastical worlds every time.

While her first series took place in a very magical Middle Ages, and her second in the fast-paced fun of Urban Fantasy, this time she digs more into modern fairy tale roots. KoA&B combines the fast-paced action of the Descendants Series, with the wit and fun of the Frey Saga. It’s the first installment of a series you won’t want to miss.

When monsters break through the veil separating their worlds, Mackenzie Scott has nothing left to lose. Her brother is marked, her future has vanished, and all that remains is a desperate need for revenge. After discovering the breach the monsters used as a gateway, Mackenzie devises a plan to stop them, whatever the cost. It isn’t exactly luck when she finds an injured stranger in the street, but he just might be the key she needs to succeed. What Mackenzie doesn’t know, is that this stranger isn’t the helpless boy he appears to be. He’s one of them. And he’s got plans of his own.

You can read a teaser here.
