FINISHED VYNASHA!

Woohoo! Finally finally finished Vynasha last night, sometime around three in the morning, lol. It just hit me, the urge to finish. I attribute this to a number of things. Reading Game of Thrones again. Getting right with God-seriously, always seems to affect my writing. Listening to Hans Zimmer music and ZAP the inspiration and timing was just right. Sleep might also have something to do with it. I think it wasn’t until last night that I started to feel more like myself again, instead of just a grieving granddaughter, a helpful daughter or a “hard worker” as Dad dubbed me the other day. I’m proud to be all those things, and glad to have been able to spend so much quality time with family the last two weeks. 

I’m sure I’m still grieving on the inside, but I also feel hope again for the first time in a while. I think life can feel so monotonous to us sometimes. And it’s hard to get up the gumption to accomplish things we need to be doing. 

Today I’m catching up on read work stuff for one of my two bosses. I like how different real work is compared to writing work. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. 

And now I can throw some virtual confetti at y’all as we celebrate the almost completion of another novel! I’ll be posting much more about Vynasha the rest of this month as we get ready for the big release. As well as looking for bloggers to help promote.
