help me spread the bookish love?
To those of you who have read and reviewed or rated any of my books, thank you so much. You can see how big an impact they are, and why authors are always talking about them. If you have read my books and haven’t shared, please consider hopping over today to my AZ page and giving these stories some extra love here:
bound beauty update
If you read my previous life post, you won’t be surprised to hear this past year has been a bit insane for me personally. I struggled to find and create order from the chaos every day, but still felt like I was barely treading the surface. Thankfully, that feeling has subsided enough I’ve been able to create again, to enjoy new books, even sketch on occasion. But it also means I was nowhere near prepared enough to release Bound Beauty this spring as originally planned.
To the few of you who actually preordered or have been patiently waiting for the next in my Wylder Tales series, I wanted to thank you so much for your support, and to apologize for yet another delay. Because I had already been forced to push back my pre-order’s release date on Amazon, I ran out of additional dates and had to take down my listing today. This doesn’t mean I won’t release Bound Beauty period, just that we’re looking at a summer release instead of spring.
So what’s my current progress look like?
- I’m about halfway through my rewrites and third draft of the book. This one has a lot of moving pieces, and I’ve been trying to do both Vynasha and Ceddrych’s stories justice.
- I have so much plot and threads going I’ve seriously considered publishing a fourth book in this series. With any luck I can trim this down and focus on wrapping things up with Bound.
- Once I have everything mapped out it will finally be ready for a fresh round of professional edits. Bless you Red Adept.
- Best news is my interior designer and I have already hashed out the look for this one, with the level of pure beauty y’all have come to expect from this series (thank you, Nada!) Here’s a sneak peek:

So how can you help? Reviews and feedback. Ratings are nice, but I actually love to hear critical feedback from my readers. If you’ve read Craving Beauty or Scarred and haven’t shared your thoughts on your socials or blog (or if you’re a saint, on an actual purchasing platform like Amazon) please consider adding your two cents! Even if it’s fortune cookie length, the more I hear from you, the better the story I can write for you. Hope to hear from you! Happy reading, friends. Speaking of reading…
